On the 4th anniversary of the death of Elliott Smith, a small but loyal group of musicians and fans gather together at The Phix in Phoenix, Arizona to pay tribute. The proceeds of the show are to go to the Elliott Smith Memorial Fund. The show was organized by a local musician/music promoter, Jayk, who also runs a local record label called Sound Tree Records. Portions of the show were videotaped for the Elliott Smith fan documentary, Future Butterflies.
