One of the albums from 2007 that continues to capture my attention is When the Deer Wore Blue by Denmark’s Figurines. I think anyone would be hard-pressed to describe their sound as particularly Scandinavian as there are a lot of 60s influences including the Beach Boys and The Zombies.
